I started Early Childhood Dietetics with a genuine passion to encourage children to become confident explorers of food. As a paediatric dietitian and early childhood educator for over a decade, I deeply understand children’s developmental milestones and recognise the critical role nutrition plays in early life.

Early Childhood Dietetics’ vision is to share evidence-based nutrition knowledge with educators around expectations of children learning to try new foods, tastes and textures and create a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported to build their knowledge of food and nutrition. The services I offer are designed to ensure each every educator involved in a child’s nutrition journey has the skills and knowledge to support them in a consistent and authentic way.
